My dad was forced to move out of his house before even entering into forclosure he only owed the bank 6,000 dollars.. that was almost 24 years ago and now I come to find that the house was under my dads name until 8 years after we had moved.. but what I’m wondering if we moved from the house and my dad was never stripped of ownership by a court how was the bank able to sell the house and still keep it on my dads name?????…

Ocwen is a predatory lender – it held onto an insurance dispersement check for over three months forcing me into the foreclosure loop; last year it forced flood insurance for 3000. annually (State Farm says 800. should be the max for my house…even tho an elevation survey proves not needing this, etc) in Florida
I have all original docs…Ocwen continues to torment me and try to steal my home!!!

I was a licensed Title Insurance Producer in NH and have practiced Civil Rights Law for the government and on my own. Now I point the camera at the liars.
How greedy people can be. People have the right to own a home and not buried them in a huge debt.
For the sake of our country’s future, I sure hope most people still have enough morals to not look for loopholes in order to be a legal deadbeat.
I hope people will take action on this and force the banks to prove they own the house when they are trying to foreclose.
Yeah, that’s all well and good. I’m one of the pioneers of the ‘show me the note’ technology, but when everyone from the judge to the court reporter are in on the take we have no way of enforcing compliance. I have written documentation I’ve queried the bank on that STILL hasn’t been answered. This strategy is good and well but we, the people have no means of enforcement. I don’t have 30 masked and armed gunmen at my disposal to storm the judge’s office and FORCE him to make the bank comply.

@bringtheeffingmosh Not all foreclosures are because of willingness not to pay or not paying many have been caused by the banks. I have 25 years in banking and mortgages and what i have seen would make you sick… dont judge what you dont know or understand! Until you walk a mile in anothers shoes and know their pain and their story you should find compassion instead of adding to anothers pain.!
@bringtheeffingmosh Not everyone in foreclosure was behind DO YOU know the lenders offered modifications and during the process told current borrowers to NOT pay their payment? Did you know that after making the required new payment arrangement for 3- 12 months (yes many banks kept stalling!) that the bank then said Opps sorry program changed now you dont qualify.. and all payments you made under the new plan are forfeited? Bank just kept the money never applied it to their mortgage!
WARNING! Do not trust any attorneys on this. We just go ripped off by a company called U.S. loan auditors for $16,000.
Same deal. They took money up front and promised to file a complaint in the court for predatory lending. Five months go by, nothing happens.
